Ordering Information
- In order to provide our customers with the widest possible selection of merchandise, some items are warehoused and
shipped directly for our suppliers.
- Items with the
symbol on the product information page are shipped directly from the supplier.
(You will not be charged separately for items shipped directly from the supplier)
- Borealis Imports and NSE-National Sales Enterprises strive to keep our sites accurate, but out of stocks and discontinued
items can/do occur without prior notice. In the event that an item that you have ordered is not available, you will be notified via
email prior to your order being processed.
- A valid email address is required for order confirmation and payment processing.
Payment Information
- For added security, we process payments through PayPal
- Residents of Minnesota will be charged 6.875% Sales Tax.
- Once your order has been processed, (usually within 24 hours) you will receive an invoice via email that you can pay online
through PayPal with your credit card or bank account. (NOTE: A PayPal account is not required to process your payment)
Shipping Information
- Items with the symbol are shipped directly from the supplier.
- Shipping is calculated according to the chart below*
- You will be charged only ONE shipping/handling fee, even if some or all of your order is shipped directly from the supplier. (The amount for shipping will be included on your invoice)
- Items generally ship via USPS within 48 hours and will arrive in 7 - 10 days.
- If your order includes an item that is shipped directly from our supplier, that item may take longer to arrive (typically 1 to 3 weeks)
& will arrive separately from other items you have ordered (You will not be charged separately for items shipped directly from the supplier)
